culture shift includes everyone and there are many ways to get involved…

This is what we want from community and individuals

To change the culture of normalised harm in our communities and wider society, we need everyone. Changing our culture’s relationship to harm and violence impacts all of us in ways that guide us towards liberation and safety.
We with those already doing the work on the ground in changing the culture to those who may be hesitant or unsure as to what needs changing in the first place.
This is about building community and being part of a collective.
We want to collectively reimagine what our city could look like with better systems of responding to harm, where compassion and accountability are central in the ways we exist and find joy and connection together.
We are a work in progress. We will shift and adapt to meet the needs from our communities, where listening to what isn’t working and finding collective solutions becomes the backbone of Collective Yes.
