How we can work with you
working in a venue and want to change the culture around harm?
From dancefloor to door staff we will work with you wherever you are on your journey to develop and support proactive approaches to harm reduction and cultural shift.
Make the change:
We co-design bespoke onsite practice and training for all your team from decision makers to frontline staff delivering the work.
This includes harm audit, systems development (reporting, response, accountability), EXTERNAL SUPPORT and training on site. This can take weeks or months depending on capacity - you decide.
We will meet you in your space and explore what needs to change, how to build on your strengths and meet any challenges you encounter to bring about a culture shift - increasing safety and reducing harm, so everyone can have more fun.
Hold the change:
As Bristol people and spaces make the culture shift, the Collective Yes hub is developing a shared understanding and response across the city. From mentoring in key staff roles, to regular sharing learning events and training for staff teams (security, bar, managers) and a rolling baseline training program for new staff members and to build skills in staff teams. .
